Booking & Attendance Policy
Class registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Students must attend all scheduled hours — partial attendance does not qualify for certification under NJ State Police rules. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please contact Eddie Bonner as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.- Full attendance is mandatory for certification — no partial credit is awarded
- Students must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join
- For virtual classes: webcam must remain on for the duration of the class
- A stable internet connection is required for online training
- Students who are absent or disconnected for extended periods may need to retake the class

Schedule Changes & Cancellations
Eddie Bonner understands that flexibility matters. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of accommodating students wherever possible.- Notify the instructor as soon as you know you need to change dates
- First-time reschedules are typically free of charge
- If the instructor cancels a session, you'll receive a full refund or be moved to the next available class at no additional cost
- Students are responsible for monitoring their 30-day NJSP application deadline — rescheduling does not extend this state-imposed window
