Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to reschedule your SORA class, contact Emeka Onah as early as possible. One complimentary reschedule is typically available per enrollment, subject to class availability. Repeated no-shows may forfeit your enrollment. Instructor cancellations: In the rare event that a class must be cancelled by the instructor (weather, emergency, minimum enrollment not met), all registered students will be offered a full refund or priority placement in the next available session. Important NJSP deadline: Remember that your NJSP application expires 30 days from the date issued. If you reschedule close to your deadline, you may need to reapply with the State Police. Plan accordingly.
